The sub floor of this property had been water affected with the timber stumps rotting out. This was a straight forward project involving the implementation of our trademark oversize founding pads along with Duragal steel adjustable stump system. We had the home level and stable in no time and finished the job off by installing underfloor insulation and redoing all base boards to the house, ensuring a warm and comfortable winter for the owners.
