This project was a relocated house that had been rested on timber stumps which weren’t founded well as the house was moving and shifting. We restumped the property to our specifications, including the installation of large dimension founding pads along with new Duragal steel adjustable stump system. The house was then level and stable, ready for the construction of a new extension.
